By subscribing/registering to/on or using https://www.baazimobilegaming.com/ its sub-domains and/or Baazi Mobile Gaming App (mobile application accessible through a mobile phone or a tablet device) collectively referred to “Platform” and/or any services provided on the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood and have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use these services. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must not subscribe to or register or use the Platform or any of its services.

Your access or use of the Platform is subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”) and the Privacy Policy made available at the Platform.

BEFORE REGISTERING WITH US, YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS PROVIDED ON THE PLATFORM WHICH IS APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES ON THE PLATFORM AND ALSO THE PRODUCT AND/OR GAME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS AND RULES APPLICABLE TO SPECIFIC OFFERINGS.

However, you should read all Terms as you will be bound by them all upon any use of any section of this Platform. Click on any of the following links to use that section directly.

These terms of use and service are an agreement between the Company and you/user, which terms are defined herein below. The agreement must be read by you (user) completely and well understood before you agree to the terms of use governing any and all relationships in this agreement. The User should read, understand and agree to the terms of use which includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, which you can access by clicking on the relevant link.

DEFINITIONS AND GETTING STARTED

M/s Baazi Games Private Limited and all its subsidiaries, from here on called the 'Company or Baazi Games' (the company could also be referred to as 'we', 'us', 'our' and other such adjectives).
‘You’ shall mean the person using the Platform the products and services offered by the Company on the Platform, from here on will be referred as 'you', 'your', 'user' or 'player'.
The terms of services, products or information and their usage set out herein and those incorporated herein by reference, shall from here on be collectively referred to as 'Terms and conditions'.
‘Rake’ shall mean a percentage of the pot money placed by you/user that is deducted by the Company as fee towards use of the products and services offered on the Platform. The percentage deducted shall vary based on the amount of money placed by a player in the pot. Such percentage shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
‘Rake back’ shall mean a percentage of the Rake given to an Affiliate/user as an incentive.

DEFINITION OF THE TERMS 'MEMBERSHIP'

The Platform and its membership are strictly restricted to one user only and in no way should be considered to be a multi-user account/membership. In the event the user is a proprietorship concern, such user shall ensure that the name given to obtain membership shall be the same as the name on the PAN card used for using the products/services on the Platform.
In order to gain membership to the Platform enabling the user to play the games offered/ use the software or any other product or services offered by the Platform, Company or its associates, they will have to first register themselves with the Platform by providing their current and valid credentials. You hereby undertake to provide all valid credentials and represent and warrant to the Company that you shall not share these credentials/account details with any other person. In the event you share such credentials/account details, you do so at your own risk and in breach of this Terms and Conditions and you shall keep the Company and its affiliates fully indemnified from any damage/injury resulting therefrom.
Mere registration by the user does not guarantee membership. Only after the Company or its representatives deem fit by their own subjective judgment, will they grant membership informing you of the same by sending you an e- mail. The right to grant membership is completely reserved by the Company and/or Platform and their representatives.
Such membership can be terminated by giving instant notice for any reason that Company deems fit and by agreeing to the terms of use, the user grants his/her/its consent for the same. The server where the software is installed, and the games hosted will be placed in a strictly non-public / confidential area where the access to the server is completely restricted both physically and virtually. Any person/persons or group that will be authorized to access the server where the games are held are not allowed to register themselves as users, thus, not allowed to become members. Such people are not allowed to use the software/play games or use any other product or service provided by the Company. This is in the interests of promoting fair play.

BAAZI GAMES SERVICE

Baazi Games provides the Platform to you on which you can play games either offered by Baazi Games or independent third -party game developers. The Platform is designed to provide you an in-app browsing experience through an embedded browser. These mobile games run online over the Platform and do not have to be separately downloaded or installed.
Baazi Games shall be entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions and the rules governing its games/tournaments/contests, at any time, by posting the same on Platform. Use of Platform constitutes your acceptance of such Terms and Conditions and the rules referred to herein or provided by Baazi Games in relation to any Platform services, as may be amended from time to time. You may then exercise the options provided in such a notification to indicate non-acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions and/or the rules. If such an option is not exercised by you within the time frame prescribed in the notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms and Conditions and/or the rules provided by Baazi Games.
Platform may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Baazi Games. Baazi Games has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites/app. In addition, Baazi Games will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Platform and its services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Platform shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.

SERVICES NOT OFFERED BELOW THE AGE OF 18

Our services and products are not available to anybody under the age of 18 on the day of them applying for membership through the registration process on the Platform. Also, it is strictly prohibited for any user under the age of 18 to play games on our Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age, at any stage to verify that the declaration of age provided by you at the time of registration is genuine and we may prohibit usage of the Platform to a person if proof of age is not provided upon request or if the Company suspects that a person using the service is under-age. The services and products are not intended for users connecting to the Platform from jurisdictions that say it is illegal to do so (as listed under ‘Legality’).

TDS POLICY

The TDS Policy of Baazi Games has been as per the applicable tax and gaming laws/regulations in India. The same is as follows:

TDS of 30% (plus surcharges, education cess and secondary higher education cess) will be deducted on Net Winnings above INR 10,000/- in a financial year.
TDS will not be deducted on a player’s Deposit amount.
[Net Winnings = Total Withdrawals – Total Deposits (at the time of withdrawal) (1st April 2020 onwards)]

What Does It Mean for Players?

Consider the following situations:

If you win any amount and place a withdrawal request, applicable TDS will be deducted on your Net Winnings, if the said Net Winnings are above INR 10,000/- in a financial year as per Section 194B of the Income Tax Act of 1995, as amended from time to time. If you have won and paid TDS on a particular amount, and later find that your deposits are more than your withdrawals, you will be allowed to withdraw your deposit amount TDS-free. Only once your Net Winnings become positive again would you attract TDS on further withdrawals.

Will the ledger reset on 1st April of every new Financial Year?

Effective 31st March 2021, there will be no more resets in the deposit or withdrawal ledger. This means that all profits and losses in your account since 1st April 2020 will remain as they are and will be calculated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, independent of the time of withdrawal.

SERVICES NOT OFFERED IN THE PROHIBITED STATES

The applicable laws in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat (for Poker), Odisha, Kerala , Tamil Nadu, Sikkim (except for rummy), and Telangana (“Prohibited States’) prohibits a player from using and/or accessing the services and games offered on our Platform. There may be applicable penalties imposed on such user by the respective State governments (under their respective legislations).
Our Company and its Platform do not accept membership request from people who are residing in these Prohibited States and if a user residing in such Prohibited States becomes a member of the Platform by giving false information, the liability shall be solely on the user and the Company reserves the right to terminate the user's membership without any notice and may immediately, at its sole discretion, confiscate all his/her deposits and winnings. Such user shall keep the Company, its affiliates, officers, representatives and agents fully indemnified from such misrepresentation at all times.
You accept that the Company will not be liable to take any responsibility for the breach of the user of applicable State laws. Users from any State in India shall always ensure that they are following the applicable State laws and we will try to post any changes, that we deem appropriate, on our Website to better educate the users. Our decision in this regard will be final and no consideration whatsoever will be extended to the user.

SERVICES NOT OFFERED OUTSIDE REPUBLIC OF INDIA

Cash games shall only be accessible to residents of India on the Platform. The user confirms that he/she is not accessing the Services to play cash games from outside India and/or using an account which is outside India.
If any user residing outside India becomes a member of the Platform by giving false information, the liability shall solely vest on the user and the Company shall not be held responsible in any manner possible.
In case, the user is an Indian citizen, who uses an Indian bank account/payment system, while residing abroad, accesses the Platform the citizen shall be held solely responsible for compliance with local laws and the same shall be treated as a violation of these Terms and Conditions, if he/she fails to comply.
The Platform is meant for usage of person(s) residing in India. Users accessing the Platform should have their Bank accounts in India (including any KYC information required by the bank pursuant to opening such an account). User shall be solely responsible for any violation of this clause.
Further, the Company reserves the right to terminate the user's membership/account without any notice and immediately, at its sole discretion, confiscate all his/her deposit and winnings, in the event any Terms and Conditions are breached/violated. Such user shall keep the Company, its affiliates, officers, representatives and agents fully indemnified from such misrepresentation and/or violations of any applicable law, at all times.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND MAINTAINANCE

You are allowed to have only have one account on our Platform, from here on referred to as 'Account', for which you will register using your own phone number & correct name with valid credentials and declaration of age, as sought at the time of registration. You should not share (your Account (including any information pertaining to it) with any other person nor use or access the service(s) provided by the Company, by means of another person's account.
Should you attempt to open more than one account on our Platform, under your own name or under any other name, or should you attempt to use and/or access the service offered by the Platform by means of any other person's account, we will be entitled to close all your Accounts (whether known and/or reasonably suspected to be yours) and bar/ban/prohibit you and/or any account, where we reasonably suspect that you have used and/or accessed it, from using the products/services on our Platform with immediate effect. One of the reasons, for e.g., could be where a user from the same device, is simultaneously playing through two or more Accounts. It hereby clarified that this shall not cover a situation, where a user through his/her Account is playing on two or more tables on the Platform.
You should ensure that you have read and understood the rules and regulations of the games available through the Platform, here on referred to as the ('Games'). You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of each of the Games as published and periodically changed on our Platform. You agree to keep yourself updated in respect of the rules and regulations, which are subject to change from time to time, at the sole discretion of the Company. The rules that govern the Games, products and/or services offered on our Platform forms part of these terms and conditions and they will be available and uploaded on the Platform (under the '[*]' section or similar section as we may decide). However, if any rule(s) is/are not explicitly mentioned on the Platform and/or user has a doubt on the applicability and/or interpretation of a rule(s), the user is encouraged to seek clarification by using the customer support services offered. The interpretation/decision of the Company and/or its Platform shall be final & binding and you agree to abide by them by accepting the terms and conditions.
In order to participate in certain Games/contests/tournaments available on the Platform, the users may be required to pay an entry fee in the form of cash (‘Deposits’). Users may add cash to their Account by using any of the payment modes available on the Platform.

USE OF THE PLATFORM

All materials provided on the Platform, including but not limited to all information, materials, functions, text, logos, designs, graphics, images, sounds, software, documents, products and services (collectively, the "Materials"), and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the intellectual property rights of the Company and/or have been licensed by a third party to the Company. Except as stated herein, none of the Materials may be amended, superimposed, reverse engineered, recompiled, modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or other means, without the prior written permission of Baazi Games.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Baazi Games hereby grants you the right to access and use the Platform only for personal and non-commercial purposes. You undertake that you shall not use the Platform for any commercial purposes and/or in any way that is unlawful, or harms us or any other person or entity, as determined in our sole discretion.
You may post/share links/images/text content on the Platform on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube or any other social media sharing platform with appropriate link-back to the original source. Any post/sharing/retweet/reposting/story on social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube or any other social media sharing platform with appropriate link-back to the original source) tagging Baazi Games (or Platform or related entities) through which any third party intellectual property rights and/or content is violated shall not make Baazi Games (or Platform or related entities) liable and user shall be solely held responsible for any such violation of third party intellectual property rights and/or content. Further, the user shall fully indemnify Baazi Games (or Platform or related entities) in case it is held responsible for any such violation.
When the Platform provides for the download of any particular Material including any software, you may download such Material and/or software to a computer or mobile device (as applicable) for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that:

you shall keep a record of and not amend the intellectual property related and other proprietary notices;
you shall make no modifications to, and do not rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, copy (except to create a single copy for your own back-up purposes), or create any derivative works based on the Platform or the Material including the software, in whole or in part; and

Any promotions/promo code shared with you shall not be further sent/shared/distributed by you to any other person/user. Any violation/misuse of the promotions/promo codes shall make you liable to indemnify Baazi Games (or Platform) for such violation/misuse of the promotions/promo codes and Baazi Games (or Platform) reserves the right to cancel such promotions/promo at its sole discretion.
Any promotions/promo codes received by you through authorised sources (of Baazi Games) shall not be further sent/shared/distributed by you to any other person/user. Any violation/misuse of the promotions/promo codes shall make you liable to indemnify Baazi Games (or Platform) for such violation/misuse of the promotions/promo codes and Baazi Games (or Platform) reserves the right to cancel such promotions/promo at its sole discretion.

Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, trademark, design or copyright of the Baazi Games’ intellectual properties.

You acknowledge and agree that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall have the effect of transferring the ownership of any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, source code or other proprietary rights on the Platform or Material or software or any part thereof to you or any third party.

SHARING OF PASSWORD AND OTHER PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Sharing or distribution of the password with any other user/ person/ group or any third party is strictly prohibited. The Company and/or Platform shall not be responsible if your Account is accessed or opened by others using your password. You are held legally responsible and liable for all of your activities through / from your Account on our Platform, whether or not directly made by you.

OPTING OUT OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATION

By applying for a break under the Responsible Gaming section, a player self restricts/excludes from playing Games on the Platform. During this period, it is in the best interest of the player to opt out of any promotional communication from the Company/ Platform. This is also applicable for any player whose Account has been blocked temporarily or permanently as per the Website's fair play policy.
A player can opt out as follows:

For Push Notifications, uninstall the Website/app.
For Emails, click the unsubscribe button on any of the emails sent by the Company/Website.
For SMS, email [*] with the subject 'Opt out of SMS'.

It is the player's responsibility to opt out of the promotional communication sent by the Company/ Platform. Company/ Platform cannot be held responsible for sending any promotional communication to a user/player during a break or account suspension period.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The users/players admit that they may be exposed to content posted by other users/players, who they may find offensive, obnoxious or indecent and that the Platform may not be able to prevent such content being posted and you agree that you shall not hold the Company/ Platform liable or responsible for such content in any manner. Such content should be brought to the notice of the Platform /Company. The website shall act upon the information as it deems acceptable. The decision taken by the management of the Company or the Platform in this regard shall be final and binding on the user/player and the user/player specifically agrees that the Company or the Platform will not incur any liability under any circumstance whatsoever regarding the same. You understand that it is your obligation to protect the information you have provided on the Platform including, but not limited, to usernames, passwords, email addresses, contact details, and telephone numbers.
All deposits and withdrawals made by users/players are maintained in an Escrow Account by the Company. This account holds and dispatches funds to users/players as and when withdrawal requests are placed. Only the amount generated via Rake is transferred from this Escrow Account to a separate account of the Company (which is maintained by the Company for receiving the Rake). Such transfers shall happen once every 15 days.
You explicitly understand and agree that we will not incur any liability for information provided by you to anyone which may result in your Account on the Platform being exposed or misused by any other person or any other harm or loss being suffered by you. You are accountable to obey any applicable law, while taking part in any competition or tournament organized on the Platform.
You undertake and agree to assure us against any claims, expenses or liabilities suffered by or claimed against us by any person or entity arising out of your non-compliance with any applicable laws and/or resulting from any activity through your Account.
You also understand and accept that your mere participation in a game / tournament available on the Platform does not create any obligation on us to give you a prize and/or prize money. The winning of a prize in a game / tournament by a user is entirely dependent on his/her skill and subject to the rules of the said game / tournament. You acknowledge that your participation in any game / tournament available on the Platform is purely voluntary and is at your sole discretion & risk.
You understand and acknowledge that once a game / tournament has commenced, not being able to play due to slow internet connections, faulty hardware, internet connection failure, low computer configuration or for some other reason are not attributable to us and the same do not entitle you to refund of the entry fee you may have paid for participation.
You agree, understand and acknowledge that you will use your Account to us solely for the purpose of playing on the Platform and for any other transactions with us which you may have to carry out with respect to your usage of the products/services offered on the Platform. You agree not to post any offensive, obnoxious, indecent or unsolicited content on the Platform including but not limited to any advertisement, promotional material, your personal information or such other details. In the event of such posting, you shall keep the Company/ Platform indemnified from and against all direct and indirect damage/loss resulting therefrom.
You understand and acknowledge the fact that we are neither a bank nor a financial institution and that the purchases / balance standing to the credit in your Account do not accumulate any interest. You also understand and agree that your user Account maintained by us is purely for the purpose of payment of the entry / subscription fee to participate in games / tournaments on our Platform and for transfer of prize money or prizes that you may win in the said games / tournaments.
You also agree that you are required to furnish your PAN (Permanent Account Number) duly issued to you by the Income Tax Department, Government of India, as the case may be, to deduct TDS as per the rules and regulations of the government of India. You acknowledge that you are making use of the services knowing that you may face a risk of monetary loss when using the services and that the Platform shall have no responsibility towards you for any such loss that arises in the course of your participation in the services or use of the products offered on the Platform.
You may not impersonate another person or user, attempt to get a password, other account information, or other private information from a user, or harvest email addresses or other information. In the event, we have reasonable grounds to believe that your activities include any of the acts specified above, we may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you as well as notifying the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate, apart from suspending or terminating your privileges for the use of the Platform.

You may not purchase, sell, trade, rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or transfer your user Account, any content, currency, points, standings, rankings, ratings, rakes or any other attributes appearing in, originating from or associated with the Platform or by using any services.

UNFAIR GAMEPLAY

We will always consider the best interests and fairness of the Games available on the Platform. Game manipulation/Unfair Gameplay shall not be tolerated, and we shall take all suitable measures and/or actions against users/accounts engaging in such game manipulation or illegal activity or unfair gameplay.
In order to prevent any form of fraud or unfair play in our games/contests/tournaments or on our site - all user actions including – game play, deposits/identity verification/ Games/Tournaments/Contests are recorded & monitored to ensure a safe, legal and fair environment for you (the users).
Any detection of a breach of our fair play policy below, such as and not limited to, fraudulent deposits under a stolen identity or collusion in gameplay, shall result in swift and serious action by Company against the infringing and/or suspected user.
Cases of any game manipulation or unfair gameplay or illegal activities including but not limited to collusion, soft play, chat abuse, misuse of chat for discussing hands, multiple accounts, use of EPA Programs, use of BOTS etc. shall be strictly dealt with by us in the following manner:

PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Platform, you shall not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these Terms and Conditions and/or under any Indian laws, statutes, order, ordinances and regulations. The duty to verify whether the use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction is your sole and exclusive responsibility.

You shall not display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Platform that is:

criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud including financial fraud and money laundering, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
promoting illegal or torturous activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
using photos and/or pictures that are sexually explicit or pornographic, exposing the female breast or full exposure of either male or female buttocks, or any or all portions of the human genitalia; exposing anyone or anything involved in explicit sexual acts and/or lewd and lascivious behaviour, including masturbation, copulation, paedophilia, intimacy involving nude or partially nude people in heterosexual, bisexual, lesbian, or homosexual encounters; depicting anyone or anything that is crudely vulgar or grossly deficient in civility or behaviour or that shows scatological impropriety and any other content contravening good moral standards;
attempting to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Platform or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of Platform or the content therein;
using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized software designed to modify or interfere with the Platform and taking advantage of cheats or exploits;
using any software that intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information about other users or copies and stores any Proprietary Materials;
interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Platform or the networks connected to the Platform;
attempting to impersonate another user or person;
soliciting personal information from anyone under the eighteen (18) years of age;
collecting, harvesting, soliciting or posting passwords or personally identifiable information from other user;
using the account, username, or password of another account holder at any time or disclosing the user account password to any third party or permitting any third party to access the user Account;
using any information obtained from the Platform in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
using any unfair, misleading or deceptive content intended to draw traffic to one’s profile;
using the Platform and/or software in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations;
sub-license, rent, lease, sell, trade, gift, bequeath or other transfer of the user account associated with the user account to anyone;
access or use of a third-party account that have been sub-licensed, rented, leased, sold, traded, gifted, bequeathed, or otherwise transferred from the holder or the original account creator; and using the Platform and/or software and/or materials for commercial purpose manner.

COLLUSION

1. 1. Any user found to be intentionally undertaking soft play against his/her opponent or knowing other user card even before the particular hand goes to showdown in a card game or users/players working together with each other with the intention to extract money from other Users/Players etc., shall be termed as ‘Collusion’ under these terms and conditions
  2. Collusion between user by sharing any game related information by/through any methods is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right, in addition to other measures, to restrict seating and/or to prohibit Users/players from playing at a particular table or in a tournament, including restricting two or more Users/Players from playing together at the same table or in the same tournament.
  3. When the user agrees to the Terms of Use and Service, he/she agrees that he/she shall not play any game in partnership or by communicating with other user which may give benefit to him/her over other user. We consider any collusion between user as a material breach of these Terms of Use and Service and accordingly we shall have the right to take appropriate action against the user, involved in activity of Collusion, as we deem fit on case-to-case basis.
  4. In the event we find that the user is involved in such illegal and unfair activity of Collusion in any way possible on the Platform, we shall be entitled to take any of the actions as we deem fit on a case-to-case basis, including but not limited to:
    1. Penalty funds/chips/amount/bonus deduction from Account of users involved in illegal activity of Collusion.
    2. Immediately blocking access to the Platform all the users involved in illegal activity of Collusion including but not limited to ejecting them from all real money games and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament(s)/leader board(s) that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments/leader boards in future on the Platform.
    3. Seizing all funds/amount/bonus from Accounts of all the users involved in illegal activity of Collusion.
    4. Termination/closure of Account of all the users involved in illegal/unfair activity of Collusion.
    5. Taking appropriate legal action against all the users (involved in illegal/unfair activity of Collusion) under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNTS

1. 1. It is prohibited for a User/player to open multiple Accounts. A user may only have one Account and shall only use the Platform using such single Account. A user/Player is also prohibited from creating any User/Player account on the Platform in his/her family member’s and/or friend’s and/or relatives’ name and/or playing ‘games of skill’ from any other User/Player account (including but not limited to family or friends or relatives’ accounts) on the Platform Further, a User/Player shall be strictly prohibited from allowing any other person to access his/her User account for playing ‘games of skill’ on the Platform. Users/Players shall be strictly restricted or prohibited from using any User/Player account on a sharing basis on the Platform. (“Multiple Accounts”)
  2. We consider Multiple Accounts of a User/Player as a material breach of these Terms of Use and Service and accordingly we shall have the right to take appropriate action against the User/Player, involved in such illegal activity of Multiple Accounts (Multiple User/Player Accounts) on the Platform, as we deem fit on case-to-case basis.
  3. In the event, that we become aware of additional accounts (Multiple Accounts) opened by a user, we shall be entitled to take any of the actions as we deem fit on a case-to-case basis, including but not limited to:
    1. Penalty funds/chips/amount/bonus deduction from User’s/Player’s Account, the penalty amount to be decided by the Platform at its sole discretion.
    2. Immediately blocking User’s/Player’s access to the Platform including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Platform.
    3. Seizing all funds/amount/bonus held in all Accounts of the User/Player.
    4. Termination/closure of all Accounts of the User/Player.
    5. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player (involved in illegal activity of having Multiple Accounts on the Platform) under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

IP GHOSTING

1. User/player, during the gameplay on the Website/app, shall not and/or attempt to change the Internet Protocol (IP) Address and/or Geo-location multiple times without written authorization from the Platform /Company (“IP Ghosting”).
2. We consider illegal activity of IP Ghosting by a User/Player as a material breach of these Terms of Use and Service and accordingly we shall have the right to take appropriate action against the User/Player, involved in such illegal activity of IP Ghosting on the Platform, as we deem fit on case to case basis.
3. In the event we find that the User/Player is involved in such IP Ghosting and/or change of Geo-location during gameplay on the Website/app, we shall be entitled to take any of the actions as we deem fit on a case-to-case basis, including but not limited to:
  1. Penalty funds/chips/amount/bonus deduction from User’s/Player’s Account.
  2. Immediately blocking a User’s/Player’s access to the Platform including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Platform.
  3. Seizing all funds/amount/bonus held in the User's/Player’s account.
  4. Termination/closure of User's/Player’s Account.
  5. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player (involved in illegal activity of IP Ghosting) under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS

1. 1. User/Player shall not and/or attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software of the Platform in any way.
  2. We consider illegal activity of software modification by a User/Player as a material breach of these Terms of Use and Service and accordingly we shall have the right to take appropriate action against the User/Player, involved in such illegal activity of software modification on the Platform, as we deem fit on case-to-case basis.
  3. In the event we find that the User/Player is involved in such software modification or has attempted to modify the software of the Platform in any way possible, we shall be entitled to take any of the actions as we deem fit on a case-to-case basis, including but not limited to:
    1. Penalty funds/chips/amount/bonus deduction from User’s/Player’s Account.
    2. Immediately blocking a User’s/Player’s access to the Platform including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Platform.
    3. Seizing all funds/amount/bonus held in the User's/Player’s account.
    4. Termination/closure of a User's/Player’s Account.
    5. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player (involved in illegal activity of software modification) under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

EXTERNAL PLAYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND BOTS

1. 1. The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden on the Platform. All actions taken in relation to the Platform by a User/player must be executed personally by Users/Players through the User/Player interface accessible by use of the Software of the Platform.
  2. We prohibit those External Player Assistance Programs which are designed to provide an "Unfair Advantage" to Users/Players. We define "External" to mean computer software (other than the Software of the Platform), and non-software-based databases or profiles. We define an "Unfair Advantage" as any instance in which a User/Player accesses or compiles information on other Users/Players beyond that which the User/Player has personally observed through the User's/Player’s own game play.
  3. The User/Player agrees that we may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited External Player Assistance (EPA) Programs. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programs running concurrently with our Software on the User's PC or Device. The User/Player agrees that he/she will not attempt to bypass, interfere with, or block such steps, including, without limitation, the use of third-party software that bypasses, interferes with, or blocks such steps.
  4. We consider this illegal activity of using EPA Programs and BOTS as a material breach of these Terms of Use and Service and accordingly we shall have the right to take appropriate action against the User/Player, involved in such illegal activity of using EPA Programs and BOTS on the Website/app, as we deem fit on case-to-case basis.
  5. In the event we find that the User/Player is involved in such illegal activity of EPA Programs and/or use of BOTS, we shall be entitled to take any of the actions as we deem fit on a case-to-case basis, including but not limited to:
    1. Penalty funds/chips/amount/bonus deduction from User’s/Player’s Account.
    2. Immediately blocking a User’s/Player’s access to the Platform including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Website/app.
    3. Seizing all funds/amount/bonus held in the User's/Player’s account.
    4. Termination/closure of a User's/Player’s Account.
    5. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR CONTENT

1. 1. The User/Player is prohibited from posting any unlawful, indecent, racist, obscene, libellous, defamatory or threatening material or any material that would violate any applicable law or generally be considered to be offensive, via the Platform whether using the chat function, or in correspondence/conversation with our Platform /Company personnel.
  2. We consider illegal activity of using offensive language or content by a User/Player as a material breach of these Terms of Use and Service and accordingly we shall have the right to take appropriate action against the User/Player, involved in such illegal activity of using offensive language or content by a User/Player on the Platform, as we deem fit on case-to-case basis.
  3. In the event we find that the User/Player is involved in such illegal activity of using offensive language or content, we shall be entitled to take any of the actions as we deem fit on a case-to-case basis, including but not limited to:
    1. Warning to the said User/Player and temporary blocking for the time period decided by the Website/Company at its sole discretion.
    2. Penalty funds/chips/amount/bonus deduction from User’s/Player’s Account.
    3. Immediately blocking a User’s/Player’s access to the Platform including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Platform.
    4. Seizing all funds/amount/bonus held in the User's/Player’s account.
    5. Termination/closure of a User's/Player’s Account.
    6. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

DISGUISED USER AND FAILED TELEPHONE VERIFICATION

1. 1. The User/Player shall not disguise himself/herself to be another User/Player and play games of skill on the Platform. Company verifies all the details/information and documents of each User/Player uploaded on the Platform by each User/Player including but not limited to registered contact details, verification documents (as required at the time of withdrawal).
  2. Platform /Company shall verify all the said details/information and documents from each User/Player through a telephonic conversation. The answers by the Users/Players shall be assessed by the Platform /Company and their representatives and if the User/Player is found providing wrong answers and/or is unable to answer the questions (through such telephonic conversation) posed by the Platform /Company and/or their representatives pertaining to the said details/information and documents uploaded by the user on the Platform /app, we shall be entitled to take any of the following actions as we deem fit on a case to case basis, including but not limited to:
    1. Immediately blocking a User’s/Player’s access to the Platform /app including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Platform /app.
    2. Seizing all funds/chips/amount/bonus held in the User's/Player’s account.
    3. Termination/closure of a User's/Player’s Account.
    4. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR

1. In the event that we deem that a User/Player has engaged or attempted to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the Platform /app, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation, we shall be entitled to take such action as we deem fit, including but not limited to:
  1. Immediately blocking a User’s/Player’s access to the Platform /app including but not limited to ejecting them from all cash tables and not allowing them to continue in any running tournament that they are playing and/or are registered in any tournaments in future on the Platform /app.
  2. Seizing all funds/chips/amount/bonus held in the User's/Player’s account.
  3. Terminating a User's/Player’s Account.
  4. Taking appropriate legal action against a User/Player under applicable law in the jurisdiction.

In any such cases of unfair and illegal activities (including but not limited to collusion, soft play, chat abuse, misuse of chat for discussing hands, multiple accounts, use of BOTS), User/Player IDs shall be investigated by the Platform /Company can take upto seven (7) working days before a decision on the same is communicated to the User/Player. User/Player shall render all cooperation required by the Platform /Company in order to carry out such investigation.

Post the investigation, any decision taken by the Platform /Company shall not be disputed by the User/Player and the decision shall be considered final and binding. User/Player agrees that no further queries shall be entertained post the final decision.

PARTICIPATION IN GAMES/TOURNAMENTS/CONTESTS

The Users/players may use the Platform to participate in a variety of games/tournaments/contests available on the Platform.

In order to participate in a games/tournaments/contests, each User may be required to pay an entry fee to the Platform which is deducted from the balance available in the Account of the User. The payment of entry fee paid by Users to participate in the games/tournaments/contests is inclusive of the Platform fee for access to the Platform services charged by Baazi Games and User’s contribution towards prize money pool.

Each game/tournament/contest for card games such as poker & rummy games on the Platform has a pre-determined limit on the number of Users that can participate and a specified time before which entries must be made. A game/tournament/contest is deemed to be a valid game/tournament/contest on the Platform, only if the requisite number of Users register for the game/tournament/contest before the prescribed entry time. There is no such pre-determined limit on the number of Users that can participate for games other than card games such as poker & rummy available on Baazi Games.

Any amount received by Baazi Games as entry fee for participation in a game/tournament/contest shall be non-refundable, except in the event that a game/tournament/contest has been cancelled.

Games/tournaments/contests shall be announced by Baazi Games from time to time in any manner that is convenient to the Company, and Baazi Games reserves the right to extend the participation and time limit for registration, cancel any games/tournaments/contests, and modify any terms, all with due notice to the Users of the Platform.

WINNINGS

Awards for all Games/tournaments/contests shall be pre-declared at the time of registration in the specific rules applicable to such Games/tournaments/contests. Awards may be in the form of cash or promotional gifts.

Users are eligible to withdraw only cash Winnings from his/her Account to his/her respective bank/wallet account once it is KYC (Know Your Customer) verified.

KYC verification is mandatory as a proof of identity for making withdrawals from Your Account to Your bank/wallet account. KYC verification may be done through the Platform by providing certain details: (i) photograph of a valid government ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving License etc.); and (ii) other User Details.

Baazi Games does not issue receipts for entries in the Games/tournaments/contests. The entries are accounted within the Account on the Platform. It is the responsibility of the Users to ensure that the entries are accurate, and the Winnings are duly credited to his/her Account.

Any tax/levies/duty etc., as applicable on material prizes, shall be paid by the winner of the game. Based on TDS (tax deducted at source) rules (available under these Terms and Conditions) for any sort of game winning in India, TDS shall be deducted.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION

In the event, that there is an error in the services provided by Baazi Games, we may refund the entry fee, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation by Baazi Games.

Please read the rules of each game/tournament/contest before participating.

Baazi Games do not cancel registrations once entered, however, in case of exceptional circumstances wherein the fault may lie with the payment gateway or from our side, we will cancel your participation on request and refund the entry fee to you within a reasonable amount of time.

In case Baazi Games cancel your participation in any game/tournament/contest as a result of this, we will return your entry fee to you within a reasonable amount of time for you to redeem the same by playing other game/tournament/contest on the Platform.

Baazi Games will try its best to create the best user experience for you. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payments made through a payment gateway, payment refunds will be made to the same account.

Users must use any money in their Account within 365 days. Baazi Games shall have the right to directly forfeit any such unused amount after 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days. The idle Balance amount lying in your account may be withdrawn only in exceptional circumstances, determined on a case-to-case basis on the sole discretion of Baazi Games.

BONUS PROGRAM- TERMS & CONDITIONS

As part of its business promotion strategy, Baazi Games may run a bonus cash promotion which is a cash discount program whereby the User is allowed to accumulate cash discount eligibility points (referred to as ‘Bonus Cash’).

Such Bonus Cash is granted as per various business promotion strategies that may be run by Baazi Games from time to time.

The Bonus Cash is subject to control by Baazi Games and the Company is free to put such restrictions on its availability, utilisation, inherent discount benefits, time validity, etc. as it may be decided from time to time.

Baazi Games may allow upfront cash discount from the entry fee in lieu of the accumulated Bonus Cash in accordance with the conversion ratio as Baazi Games may decide from time to time for each game/tournament/contest.
The user is required to note that Baazi Games (or related entities) may, at its sole discretion, provide bonus/discounts (or Bonus Cash) or loyalty bonus or any other bonus/discount through various promotional programmes & business promotion strategies for games/tournaments/contests on its Platform and the users shall not claim such bonus/discounts (or Bonus Cash) or loyalty bonus or any other bonus/discount as a matter of right from Baazi Games (or related entities)..

COMMUNITY RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Baazi Games may provide Users with different communication channels such as forums, live audio sessions, live audio chat with other players participating in any game/tournament/contest, community groups, chatrooms or chat areas (“Communication Facilities”) designed to enable You to communicate with other Users on the Platform.

Baazi Games only provides Users with the technical environment for an exchange of information. Baazi Games does not initiate, select the receiver and/or modify any information exchanges inter se amongst the Users through the Communication Facilities. Further, Baazi Games has no obligation to and does not monitor these Communication Facilities except when required to do so under the provisions of applicable law

The User may use the Communication Facilities as made available to them by the Platform. Baazi Games may provide certain additional features or Communication Facilities to a select group of Users at its sole discretion. The Users do not have the right to claim any Communication Facilities on the Platform.

Baazi Games may enable audio sessions and live chat-rooms on the Platform for the Users from time-to-time. These sessions or/and chat rooms will be conducted by other users to (i) organize trainings; (ii) provide tips to play game/tournament/contest; (iii) provide educational content; or (iv) conduct other interactive sessions on the Platform. The sessions or/and chat rooms may have an open entry or may be restricted to a limited number of Users at Baazi Games’ sole discretion. Users might be required to pay an ‘Access fee’ to participate in any of these live sessions or/and chat rooms hosted by Baazi Games on the Platform. The ‘Access Fee’ shall be subject to levy of applicable Goods & Services Tax and the Fee collected shall be inclusive thereof.

You understand that, by using these Communication Facilities, you may be exposed to communications (including in written, verbal, electronic, digital, machine-readable or other form) that you might find objectionable. You understand that any content sent or appearing through the Communication Facilities is the sole responsibility of the User(s) transmitting such content and Baazi Games is not liable for any content posted on the Communication Channels.

All Users of the Platform must comply with applicable law at all times while using the services of Platform and must not publish or distribute any content which: (a) violates an applicable law of India, goes against common decency, or breaches the general terms and conditions of the Agreement; or (b) violates any trademarks, patents, utility or design patterns, copyrights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of third parties; or (c) impersonate any real person, including without limitation Baazi Games or any other Baazi Games agent or employee; or (d) is obscene, racist, violent, pornographic, of adult content, or otherwise threatening to the development of children and adolescents, or of a detrimental nature; or (e) is of an abusive, harassing, threatening or defamatory nature; or (f) seeks to unlawfully obtain login information or access to Accounts belonging to other Users; (g) contains personal data of third parties without their explicit consent; or (h) seek to collect, misuse, or disseminate any other User’s content or non-public personal information; or (i) is commercial, in particular promotional, in nature; (j) encourages or promotes gambling or money-laundering.

Under no circumstances will Baazi Games or its third-party providers shall be liable for any errors, objections or omissions in any content or for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the content posted on its Platform.

INDEMNIFICATION

You shall defend, indemnify and hold Baazi Games and the Platform, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal fee that may result from or alleged to result from (a) your use of the Platform or any content thereof, including game/tournament/contest; or (b) your breach of any rules, regulations and/or orders under any applicable law.

You are also responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Agreement and/or for the consequences of any such breach.

TERMINATION

Your access to the Platform may be terminated if:

You voluntarily uninstall the Platform from your device;
You knowingly or unknowingly cause direct or indirect breach, as ascertained by Baazi Games, of these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy as a whole or in part; or
You do not pay the requisite fee, if any, should Baazi Games charge for use of the Platform.

Baazi Games may have to terminate your access to the Platform if:

We are required to do so by applicable law (for example, where the access to and/or provision of the Platform to you becomes, unlawful);
The third-party, if any, with whom we offered the Platform to you has terminated its relationship with Baazi Games or ceased to offer the related services to it or to you;
The provision of Platform to you, is no longer commercially viable or feasible for Baazi Games; or
You are a repeat infringer of this Agreement.

Baazi Games may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice and may disable your access to the Platform and/or bar you from any future use of the Platform.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by terminating your access to the Platform. However, certain obligations of yours under this Agreement shall continue to prevail even on such termination.
When this Agreement comes to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and Baazi Games have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Agreement has been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.

NO WARRANTIES

The content(s) provided through the Platform may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Baazi Games may make changes or improvements to the Platform at any time. The content(s) or any information available on the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable laws, including but not limited to:

any implied warranty or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose;
that the contents of the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
that defects, if any on the Platform will be corrected;
the Platform being constantly available or available at all;
installation or uninstallation choices in relation to the Platform being successfully executed in all cases;
your personal ability to use the Platform;
your satisfaction with the use of the Platform;
the accuracy of the data provided by the Platform;
the security and privacy of Your data;
that all bugs or errors in relation to the Platform will be corrected;
that the Platform will be compatible with all devices and all networks;
that the Platform is fit for a particular purpose or use;
that the Platform and the contents thereof are accessible in every location; or
that the Platform and the contents would be perpetually secure and not prone to breaches of security anywhere in the world.

Baazi Games, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents and any other service provider(s) responsible for providing access to the Platform in connection with this Agreement will not be liable for any acts or omissions, including of a third party, and including those vendors participating in Baazi Games’ offerings made to you, or for any unauthorized interception of data or breaches of this Agreement attributable in part to the acts or omissions of third parties, or for damages that result from the operation systems, equipment, facilities or services provided by third parties that are interconnected with Baazi Games.

The Platform may include links to other mobile applications and/or websites (some of which may be automated search results) which may contain materials that are objectionable, unlawful, or inaccurate. We do not endorse or support these links or the products and services they provide; these links are provided for your convenience only. Baazi Games are not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of such links.

Baazi Games may stop provision of the Platform (or any part thereof), permanently or temporarily, to you or to Users generally or may modify or change the nature of the Platform and/or these Terms of Use at its sole discretion, without any prior notice to you. your use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your deemed acceptance to be bound by the Agreement (or as it may be modified).

You agree that You are responsible for all data charges You incur through use of the Platform.

SPONSORED CONTENT

You agree and acknowledge that Baazi Games may, pursuant to its engagement with certain Sponsored content partners, place certain Sponsored content on, about, or in conjunction with the other content within the Platform. The manner, mode and extent of display of such Sponsored content is subject to change without a specific notice to you.

The content displayed on the Platform is for your non-commercial and personal use. However, Sponsored content partners may use the Platform to display their respective Sponsored content for commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content displayed on the Platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your use of the Platform, or any content, including game/tournament/contest, available thereof is entirely at your own option and risk and Baazi Games shall be held harmless and not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, monetary or any other damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any content thereof, including any game/tournament/contest. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baazi Games’ total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the foundation for the action) shall not exceed in the aggregate the balance in your Account.
You may terminate your access to the Platform if you are not satisfied with the Platform or any game/tournament/contest.

FORCE MAJEURE

Baazi Games shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of Force Majeure Event or other similar circumstances, directly or indirectly to the Users as a result of playing game/tournament/contest on the Platform or using the services offered by Baazi Games on the Platform. A Force Majeure Event is a real or potential labour disputes, governmental actions, war or threat of war, sabotage, civil unrest, demonstrations, fire, storm, flooding, explosion, earthquake, pandemic (including Covid-19), epidemic, provisions or limitations of materials or resources, inability to obtain the relevant authorization, accident, and defect in electricity or telecommunication network that affects the Company’s ability to offer the services or/and the game/tournament/contest on the Platform. Force Majeure or other event beyond Baazi Games’ control hindering, delaying or complicating the maintenance of the Platform entitles Baazi Games to suspend or limit the Platform until further notice.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Platform may be controlled and operated through any country and will be subject to the laws of that state in which they are controlled and operated by the User. If you use the Platform from any location, then, you are responsible for compliance with the local laws applicable to you.

All or any disputes arising out of or touching upon or in relation to this Agreement including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the parties shall be settled through arbitration. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) or any statutory amendments/modifications thereto for the time being in force.

The arbitration proceedings shall be held at New Delhi by a sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by Baazi Games and whose decision shall be final and binding upon all the parties.

Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at New Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be in English.

You and Baazi Games agree that any cause of action arising out of your use of the Platform must be commenced within 3 (three) months after the cause of action accrues or you become aware of the facts giving rise to the cause of action, whichever is later. Otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and Baazi Games. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is considered unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms and Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Baazi Games without restriction.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right, to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Platform and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following a posting of changes is your agreement to the changes/amendments and you shall be bound by the current and updated version of these Terms and Conditions.

If any changes/amendments to these Terms and Conditions are unacceptable to you, you must discontinue the use of services offered by Baazi Games.

We reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Platform, including for any violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to change the Platform without notice to you, at any time.

WAIVER

No waiver of any terms of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term and Baazi Games’ failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

RELATIONSHIP

None of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and Baazi Games and you shall have no authority to bind Baazi Games in any manner, whatsoever. If you are registering on the Platform as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

COMMUNICATION

When the user/player uses the user account or sends emails to us, the user/player is communicating with us electronically. User/player consents to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with the User/player by email or by posting notices on our Portal.

All communications between the users/players and Baazi Games/ Platform shall be communicated in written form in English language only. All communication shall be conducted in Parliamentary language (language which is not offensive and/or abusive). Strictest of actions shall be taken against the user/player who uses such offensive and/or abusive language including but not limited to suspension and/or termination of the user/player account. Baazi Games/ Platform prevents and prohibits any such use of offensive and/or abusive language.
