Genshin Impact is a new free-to-play game from miHoYo which questionably pushes the boundaries and standards for free games in today’s age. An action/adventure RPG game set in the Eastern-inspired landscape of Teyvat with a focus on exploration, the game captures the hearts of many gamers with their attractive, anime-styled, and light-colored graphics and fun, exhilarating gameplay.

The story itself revolves around the protagonist having lost a sibling to an evil entity and waking up in the land of Teyvat. With your trusty (oddly unexplained) fairy sidekick Paimon by your side, it sets the stage for a grand mission through the land of Teyvat. As the story progresses, you see different characters, all with their unique quirks and gameplay mechanics.

How to Play Genshin Impact Mobile?

Genshin Impact gameplay is a mixture of hack and slashes with spells, using a variety of weapons. Characters have a physical weapon, and two different, elemental spells. Each character has an element that they are proficient in, the main character is proficient at using Wind spells, and has access to a chargeable wind blast and as his/her ultimate move can summon a terrifying tornado to sweep through the crowd.

This game does have a multiplayer mode but the player has to level their rank up in order to do so. The Genshin Impact multiplayer option in the game unlocks after the player has reached Adventurer Rank 16. Players should not confuse the two with the individual player rank as they grow separately from the overall rank in the game. To reach the Adventurer Rank, players need to spend time in the world-building of the game for a couple of hours.

The multiplayer mode of the Genshin Impact android game is pretty much synonymous with other games. Players can either directly join a team, accept a request, or deny it as they want. Whereas, the prerequisite of finding players by searching for their username is also available here. However, the Genshin Impact multiplayer option only allows up to four players at a time. Though a multiplayer mode has been provided by the developers, players cannot complete the main missions while being in a team and have to go back to complete it on their own.
